New Bill Pay Platform does not work

I can share insights to help you manage vendor bills and payments, sba2023.

As QuickBooks aims to help streamline workflows when managing and creating bills, the new approach to paying bills has not been released yet to all users and will be rolled out to more other customers. As a workaround, you can access Melio directly outside of QuickBooks Online and sign in using the Intuit Login option.

However, if the issue persists, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. This way, they can further review your account and provide additional insights to rectify the error received.

1. In your QBO account, go to the Help icon and select Contact Us.
2. Enter your specific concern and click Let's Talk.
3. Select Start a chat or Get a callback with a support expert.

I know they are in the process of migrating their current billpay feature to Intuit Billpay. I wouldn't be surprised if they took another 4 weeks to complete. You should sign up for a free Melio account to integrate with QBO as a workaround and the backup option.
