Join nowThe bill pay is not working after the transition from other bill pay platforms. I get the message that "A new approach to pay bills is coming soon." I've been told to post on here. My concern is that it is being treated as a software suggestion, instead of an issue that needs to be fixed/addressed. Is anyone else getting this error? Do you by chance get it for accounts that were purchased in bulk? Any suggestions on how to fix this?

As QuickBooks aims to help streamline workflows when managing and creating bills, the new approach to paying bills has not been released yet to all users and will be rolled out to more other customers. As a workaround, you can access Melio directly outside of QuickBooks Online and sign in using the Intuit Login option.
However, if the issue persists, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. This way, they can further review your account and provide additional insights to rectify the error received.

I know they are in the process of migrating their current billpay feature to Intuit Billpay. I wouldn't be surprised if they took another 4 weeks to complete. You should sign up for a free Melio account to integrate with QBO as a workaround and the backup option.
