Quickbooks has been holding $2,000 from me without resolution

Hello, want to keep this short. But want this posted because Quickbooks is the worst about this situatuion. Honestly, the live chat is annoying when no one can help. No support lines? No emails?

Anyways long story short. Customer paid. Quickbooks flagged transactions. Closed account. Has been holding $2,100 since 2/10/2024. WHY NOT JUST REFUND TO ORIGINAL PAYMENT? After multiple live chats they say wait 60 days.

I wait 60 days and nothing. Go back to live chat and they say they can't tell me a date when the money can be released. I asked to elevate and the issue, I have asked multiple times. They say I will get an email but I NEVER GET ANY EMAILSF ROM QUICKBOOKS. Here it is 5/9/2024 today and the money is still sitting in limbo.

I am reaching out here to get some support on what to do next or who to contact.

Thank you

Quickbooks has been holding $2,000 from me without resolution

I see how this situation has caused you, and I know how important this matter is to be resolved as soon as possible. I'll point you in the right direction for follow-up updates.

Since you did not receive an email or update, I recommend contacting our payment support. I understand you've reached out multiple times and invested significant time and effort. However, they possess the necessary security protocols to access your account details, which is beyond the scope of what can be done here in the Community space.

To get in touch with the Payments Team, follow these steps:

  1. Hover over to the Help menu and click the Search tab.
  2. Choose Contact Us.
  3. Select a specific topic or Ask about something else. Type in a short description in the box provided.
  4. Hit Continue, then pick the Chat or Callback option.
