Currently, removing projects in the customer dropdown list isn't possible in QuickBooks Online.
In the meantime, you can directly submit feedback to our software engineers. They may consider and add it to our future product updates.
Follow these steps to submit feedback:
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Below the Profile column select Feedback.
- Enter your suggestion and click "Next".
