Sales Receipts

I'm fairly new to the job here: If a Customer was set up as a recurring client, is there a way to tell when the last sales receipt will go out?

Thank you.

Sue

Sales Receipts

Hello, Admin Sue.

You're in the right place. I'll provide you with some details about how recurring transactions work.

Open the recurring template to see when the final sales receipt will go out. I'll show you how.

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select the Recurring transactions.
  3. Locate the sales receipt template, then click Edit to open it.
  4. Check the End date to know when the last sales receipt will go out.

For your reference, check out this article for more insights: Set up a recurring sales receipt in QuickBooks Online.

You can also run financial reports to see an overview of your company. I've added this resource for your future reference: Run reports in QuickBooks Online.

Please leave a comment below if you have additional questions or concerns. I'll be here to help. Enjoy your day.
