Security Metrics PCI Compliance question "How do you accept cards?"

@john316   If you don't accept or process credit cards at all, you don't need to do the compliance thing.  There would be NO reason for you to need it.  It's QB that needs to be compliant, not you.

Intuit has partnered with SecurityMetrics to streamline the PCI compliance validation process and help our QuickBooks Payments subscribers meet Data Security Standard (DSS) compliance requirements. 

QuickBooks and Intuit aren't on the list since they are not a credit card provider. You need to indicate your credit card provider on the survey question.

Please answer my question. I'm going through the PCI Compliance survey through Security Metrics and they want to know which credit card provider we use but Inuit and QuickBooks are not on the list. What do I enter here? I cannot finish the certification without entering a provider.

QuickBooks is an accounting software that keeps track of financial functions like income and expenses. Thus, it isn't a credit card provider.

That said, I'd suggest reaching out to SecurityMetrics support so they can guide you about PCI compliance.

I know this is late, but I had the same issue and I called their support number. The guy told me to manually type in Quickbooks Online (Since I only use quickbooks online) and they are working on fixing that yellow banner that pops up. I am now PCI Compliant, hope this helps!
