Service list when creating a bill

I am using Quickbooks online and I am new when using this version. All my services are listed but when I "Add a Bill" and try to select one of my services all I get is a plus sign under "Item Details" and I cant select any of my services. Can you help me figure out why my products and services are not displayed when I create a bill?

  1. Navigate to the Sales menu from the left navigation panel.
  2. Click on the Products and Services tab.
  3. Locate each service you wish to include on the bill and click Edit next to the corresponding entry.
  4. Uncheck that I sell this product/service to my customer's checkbox.

  5. Ensure that I purchase this product/service from a vendor checkbox is ticked.

  6. Click Save and close to finalize the changes.

If the services are already categorized as being sourced from a vendor but are missing in the Item Details list, I recommend accessing your account via an incognito window. This approach will help mitigate any potential issues related to web page functionality.

After starting a new private browsing session, please log into your QBO account and check if the services are now displayed.
