Thanks for reaching out to the Community, Scobee. Let me address the option to display the project name in the Estimate PDF section.
When using QuickBooks Modern template, the Estimate PDF displays both the customer name and the associated project by default. To exclude the customer name, select the project on the estimate screen. To do this, follow the steps below:
- Locate and open the estimate that you want to save as PDF file.
- Under the Add customer drop-down list, ensure to select the project name. The project name is indented under the associated customer.
- Review other details, then, hit Print and download.
