Buy nowI'm trying to set up statements for our customers. Quickbooks desktop 2023. Years ago I set it up with our address. Now the address appears fine on monitor, but is much too large when I print. (HP Laserjet MFP 148 MFP 149.)
How do I fix this? It worked fine in earlier versions of Quickbooks, now that i'm on 2023 it's not fine.

In QuickBooks Desktop, within the Basic Customization windows, the OK button in the Statement template window is the button intended to save your changes and apply them to the form.

Since the address displays correctly on-screen but prints too large, the issue may be related to how QuickBooks interacts with your printer drivers, @Pandora18.
To fix this, let's ensure the printer is set up correctly. We can also try adjusting your printer setup to a lower than 100 percent to see if that reduces the large address without making the rest of the statement too small.

The statement itself is fine. It's my company name that is too large. Years ago the image of my return address (from envelopes) was posted on the statement template. And that worked for many years. through many versions.

I took off the address image and clicked company name and company address on the statement template. How do I save it? There doesn't seem to be a way to save it.
