The option to pay invoices online is attached if the Accepted payment options section is enabled when the invoice was created, Christa.
You can find this option in the right-hand corner of the invoice. Here's how:
- Click Manage, then scroll-down to Payment options.
- Make sure all Accepted payment methods are enabled by sliding the status bar to the right.
- Click Save and close.


After that, send the invoice once again for the customer to get the link to pay the transaction online.
If the link is still missing, even if all payment options are enabled, we need to take a closer look at your account setup to determine why the option to pay the invoice online has disappeared again.
Here's how to reach out to them:
- Click the Help menu in the upper-right-hand corner of QBO.
- Proceed to the Assistant tab.
- Type in "contact support" in the chat box and press Enter.
- Select Contact a human, then click Live Chat or Call me back.
- Type in a short description of your concern and click Continue.
- Choose between Callback or Chat.
