Transfer

I was going to transfer money that was i wanted to transfer from quickbooks to my bank account, instead of pressing save and close i accidentally pressed save and new, is that the same thing ? how can i go back because the payment doesn't show up anymore.

I'm pleased to discuss the different options for saving transactions and where you can locate them.

                 

In QuickBooks Online, you can choose to Save and new or Save and close every transaction you've created. The former means you'll make another transaction after saving, while the latter means closing the page after saving it.

 

As for locating your most recent transfer transaction, you can select the icon beside Transfer on the page itself. See the screenshot below for details:

On the other hand, you can also view your transactions on your bank register from the Chart of Accounts.

 

Moreover, you might want to transfer funds instantly with QuickBooks Checking. This feature allows eligible customers to send money to their linked debit cards within 30 minutes, including weekends and holidays.
