I made an over payment to my developer who uses Quickbooks as his merchant in the amount of $56,000. He voided the transaction within minutes, so it should have never left my account or posted.
It posted days then weeks have gone by it’s still not back. After over 50+ hours calling my bank, quickbooks, 3 way calls I still don’t have my money.
Their is no organized system customer service works on, every time you call it’s a different story.
My developer have called and escalated almost everyday they tell us they will have a manager call. Never happens. This truly feels like theft.
We get some clarity from a rep saying yes hasn’t been release bc of the size.
the industry standard is 7-10 business days. It’s a month later. For money that was never supposed to post.
If anyone knows how or who to talk to or can solve this immediately I will compensate greatly.
