Payment in review means that the funds were collected successfully, however, they're currently being assessed by the Risk Management Team. We periodically audit payments to help protect the security of all the parties involved and mitigate fraud risk.
An email will be sent to you with detailed instructions on what additional information is needed in order to complete our assessment. This may include a copy of the original invoice you sent to your customer.
Once we have everything, the review is usually completed within 2 business days. After that, we can finish processing the transaction. You may directly reach to our support to further check the status or progress.
