when I try to send a reminder on an invoice, it just goes to a blank white screen. I tried it on both my phone and tablet with the same results.

If I create an invoice and immediately send it, it works. If I try to send an existing invoice or send a reminder on an existing invoice, it just goes to a white screen. I tried it on both my phone and tablet with the same results

  1. Log in to your QBO account on your phone or tablet.
  2. Tap the three-line menu icon at the upper left corner, then choose Help.
  3. Enter a topic related to your issue in the search bar, then click Continue.
  4. Click the Contact Us button at the bottom.
  5. Choose how to contact our QB support team.
  • Via a Callback, where they’ll save you a spot and call you back.
  • Via Chat, start a chat with our support.

 

Ensure to reach out during support hours to connect with the right expert at your preferred time.

 

Alternatively, I recommend utilizing one of the QuickBooks-supported browsers to send invoice reminders to your customers.
