When sending invoice reminders, the payment methods have % per transaction (Credit Card, bank). Does that automatically charge the customer, or us?

It depends on the payment methods you're using, canadyappliancerep.

If you're using QuickBooks Payments, you'll be charged for the standard fees on receiving your customer's invoice payment.

On the other hand, QuickBooks Payments offers a feature that allows customers can pay fees together with the full amount of the invoice.

If you want you want your customers to pay the charges, you can follow the process of enabling this option:

1. From the Invoice creation window, navigate to the Manage option.
2. Choose the Payment options tile.
3. Under the header Your customer pays the fee, you should see ACH bank payments and then set to On.

Just to let you know, QuickBooks Payments charges an astronomical 1% on ACH transactions.  Most payment processors charge a flat fee per transaction (Bill.com and Melio charge a flat $0.50 per ACH).  Paying $50 to receive a $5,000 payment is outrageous.
