Before anything else, I'd like to verify if you're referring to accessing your payments account or if you're unable to process the payment made in your account. Also, is there a specific error shown on your end?
In the meantime, I recommend contacting QuickBooks Merchant Services to further isolate and find the root of this issue. Feel free to follow these steps if you're using payments in QuickBooks Online (QBO):
- Click the Help (?) icon.
- Select the Search icon. Then, Contact Us.
- Pick Ask about something else. Enter a brief description of your concern and Let's talk.
- Choose a way to connect with us. Either Chat or Callback.
