I understand how important it is for you to be able to accept payments smoothly through QuickBooks Online, Scarlton. I'll guide you through the necessary steps to receive your funds at the earliest possible.
Sometimes, the “Accept Payments” feature in QuickBooks Online may be temporarily closed as a precaution to ensure the security and integrity of all transactions. This measure is designed to protect both you and your customers.
To help you move forward, I recommend checking your email inbox (including your spam or junk folders) for any messages from our Payments team. They will notify you about the reason your payment acceptance was paused and provide any next steps.
These notifications are sent to the email address you provided when you signed up for QuickBooks Payments. Please check your email settings if you don't see any messages from us.
If you don't see any emails from us, I encourage you to contact our dedicated Payments support team directly. They can review your account status, explain why the “Accept Payments” option is closed, and guide you through the process to restore your payment capabilities so you can continue accepting payments seamlessly.
Here's how to connect with them:
- Inside QuickBooks Online, navigate to the Help menu.
- Select the Search option and type "contact support".
- Choose the Contact Us tab at the bottom.
- Enter the question, keyword, or topic you need help with.
