Why is my Deposit not showing up?

We will deposit your funds within five business days after we receive your first payment, Cleancutpaint.

 

After we set up your merchant account, your first few deposits will take a little longer to process. Once that's complete, payments will be deposited into your account within two business days.

 

For existing payment users, if a deposit takes longer than anticipated to process, we will notify you via email that it is still under review. With that, I recommend checking your email to confirm.

 

To check your deposit speed, you can use QuickBooks Online:

 

  1. Navigate to the Gear icon and select Account and settings.
  2. Select the Payments tab.
  3. Review the Deposit Speed section.

 

If you have connected your bank accounts to QuickBooks Online, transactions should download automatically. Sometimes, it may take a few business days for transactions to clear in your bank account and appear in your bank feed. To refresh the information, go to the Banking tab and click the Update button in the top right corner.
