Why Some Shopify Orders are not recorded in Shopify Clearing Account

The mapping of your third-party integrator tool between your Shopify account and QuickBooks Online (QBO) plays a vital role in recording your Shopify orders, Miriam.

 

If you are using the Shopify Connector by QuickBooks, improperly mapped transactions can fail to post to the intended account, such as your Shopify Clearing Account. To ensure proper mapping, follow the steps below:

 

  1. Navigate to App Transactions in your QBO account.
  2. Ensure you've selected the Shopify app, then click on App Settings.
  3. Review the mapping of your transactions in both the General and Advanced sections.
  4. Once done, click Save.
