In workflow how do you stop the admin entering bills from automatically being approved?

I’m happy to address your concern about the bill approval workflow in QuickBooks Online (QBO). 

 

With regards to this matter, bills created by approvers are auto-approved. That said, the option to stop an admin from automatically approving bills is unavailable.

 

I recognize how this feature is beneficial to you and your business. I recommend sending your feedback directly to our Product Development Team. This way, they’ll be able to review and determine what features to add for future updates. 

 

I’ll guide you on how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Choose Feedback.
  3. Enter your comments or product suggestions.
  4. Then click Next to submit feedback.

I am having the same issue. It seems like it is a bug in the system.

 

It is not following the parameters you set for it. 

 

This feature should not have been released before being tested.
