I recognize the urgency of getting your timesheet submittal issue resolved, Earlyriser.
Since the Community is a public forum and for security reasons, we're unable to pull up your account. Resetting your timesheet data isn't an option for us. With this, I'll redirect you to the next best help available.
Once your timesheets are submitted, only our QuickBooks Time support team is authorized to reset them. I'd recommend contacting them directly to get your timesheets corrected. This way, you can submit them accordingly. To do this, here's how:
- Go to the Help (?) icon beside the bell button.
- Click the Contact Us button.
- Enter a brief description of your concern in the What can we help you with? field.
- Select Continue.
- Choose a way to connect (Chat or Callback).
Once everything is all set, export your approved timesheet data from QuickBooks Time to QuickBooks Online Payroll (QBOP) to run your payroll. To complete this process, you can check out this article: Export QuickBooks Time timesheet data to QuickBooks Online.
