App Punch in feature

One of my 7 team members using t sheets is missing the track time icon on his phone.. all rest are fine.. all same settings. any ideas?

App Punch in feature

Thanks for joining us here in the Community, SRA-M.

 

I want to make sure your team member is able to use the T-Sheets (QuickBooks Time/Workforce) punch app on their phone. 

 

As an initial troubleshooting step, the individual effected by this issue will need to make sure their app is up to date. Here's how to do this if they're using an Apple iOS device: Navigate to QuickBooks Workforce (formerly QuickBooks Time mobile app) on the Apple store, and find the section titled What’s New. It shows the most recent version of the app your customer should be on.

 

Here are some additional quick steps to fix most app-related issues:


    - Close and restart the app.
    - Clear app data. To do this:
          a. Open your device Settings.
          b. select Apps (varies by device).
          c. Choose the QuickBooks app from the list, then select Storage.
          d. Select clear data.
    - Power down and restart your device.
    - Uninstall and reinstall the app.
