Custom Fields in Quickbooks Time

I want the custom fields to be in a specific order.  When I am on my desk top, all the fields show up in the correct order.  However, when I clock in on the app, they are all out of order.

I'll help you troubleshoot your QuickBooks Time mobile app not showing the correct order for custom fields. Let's first check if this is a mobile application issue by resetting the data in your mobile app.

 

Here's how:

 

For Android:

  1. From the More Options ⋮.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Tick Refresh Data, then choose Yes.

For IOS:

  1. From the Menu ☰.
  2. Select Help & Feedback.
  3. Click Refresh Data, and then select Refresh.

If the issue persists, I recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the app to start fresh. Follow the steps below:

  1. Tap and hold QuickBooks Online on your phone.
  2. Drag the app to the Uninstall section.
  3. Select Yes to confirm.

Custom Fields in Quickbooks Time

Thank you for your help, Ethan_A.  I did end up having to uninstall and reinstall.  I have attached picture that shows that the custom fields are still out of order when I clock in.  When I log into my desk tops and go to custom fields where everything is set up and can be edited, they are in the correct order.  It is just when I clock in that they appear in the wrong order.
