Customers - Track Time

Some of the customers that should pop up under the "track time" tab of the app do not appear. Any suggestions on why they are not showing up as options? Is there a limit to how many customers can appear at a time?

Hello there, @spzang.

 

I can see that you want to track the time of your customers. However, it's only showing some of your customers. QuickBooks Time app has no limits on how many customers will appear when tracking time. I'm here to help you fix this problem. 

 

In this case, we'll be resetting the application data of your QuickBooks app to fix any performance issues. Note that when clearing the data, it will remove all cache files and will sign out your account, just like it's a newly downloaded app.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Open Settings on your phone.
  2. Find QuickBooks App.
  3. Look for the Clear Data button and press it.
  4. Wait for a few seconds and open the app.
  5. Sign in to your QuickBooks account.

 

If the problem persists, you'll need to uninstall and reinstall the app to ensure everything resets back to normal.
