I'll help you resolve the issue of the employee work hours having discrepancies between QuickBooks Time and QuickBooks Online.
Yes, there are times that the difference is due to the different devices and location.
Thus, I recommend checking the time and edit the difference before approving it. Before doing so, log in as primary admin of the account.
Also, you can let your customer to manage their own timesheets. You can give them a permission.
Here's how:
- Go to the Company settings.
- Select Time options.
- Then click Time entry.
- Tick the check box of the Allow team members to manage their own timesheets.
- Click Save.
