Does the Schedule portion of Quickbooks Time not load up for anyone else? This is the first time it has happened on my computer. I already cleared my cache.

The workforce App is working fine. I have tried clearing the cache in google and I have tried the incognito method as well as loading it in microsoft edge, but still the schedule does not load, it says Problem Loading, please close and try again.

We recognize the time you took to clear the cache in Google, try incognito mode, and test it on Edge. I recommend contacting our Live Support team directly to investigate the root cause of unexpected loading behavior.

  1. Go to the Help panel. 
  2. In the Search bar, type Contact Us.
