When I filter a specific customer in the itemized total time report option, I am presented with the pie charts showing the details by category. When I select the "View Timesheets" option, I am presented with the specific time details supporting the totals. The report is nicely formated and shows only the time for the customer that I filtered on. However, when I select the "Download .pdf" option, the resulting file contains all time details rather than the time details shown on the report. The work around is to download the timesheets as a .csv file, which works but creates a report that then must be cleaned up and reformated so that it is presentable to the customer. I am required to support my invoices with a time sheet and it is unprofessional to provide a timesheet that includes all customers and it is time consuming to have to create a professional looking report when one is already available. My alternative is to list the specific time on the invoice, but QuickBooks does not provide the option to show the sum of all time worked. Is there a way to download time details filtered by customer in a professional-looking report similar to the timesheet report that is displayed as noted above?

It's nice to see you here, @rlpenfield-shaw-,
There are sets of time reports in QuickBooks that shows specific activities. This includes time data for customers, employees, billable time and recent entries. You can access them in the Reports menu by typing "Time" on the search bar. From there, you can try which report will give the closest data you need.
In QuickBooks, you have the flexibility to modify reports by removing or adding filters to them. This way it's easier to create copies of the report at your own preference. To filter some information, use the Customize button or export it to Excel for editing.

Additionally, if the data in QuickBooks is not similar to what you want in TSheets, you may continue using the Download Timesheets option. This way, you can easily remove worksheet columns that you don't want the clients to see.
At the moment, customizing the information in the View Timesheets options is not available, because it serves as an audit report of the time activities added in your TSheets account. But this is a good call out that we want to take note of. Having this handy option is a great idea, so you might want to log a product suggestion to the TSheets team.
You may add a feature request in your TSheets account by clicking the help icon (?) and selecting Suggest Idea. See this:
