GPS showing "no location" and cannot view any gps information (grayed out)....and haven't seen gps pinpoints along the way in a long while (just start and stop locations)

SO frustrated with this app. Have not been able to get pinpoints on gps for a LONG time (only start and stop locations). And now, I cannot see ANY gps information on one employee. She has to manually click "retry" a few times on the map for it to pop up (what employee is going to do that when you have to have it set at "gps required"? And ALL settings on her phone are correct. NO barriers for access. And her device logs have already been submitted and that did nothing. She recently updated her iphone. She recently updated the "Workforce" app. And it STILL is not working properly. This is NOT what we paid for. When we first subscribed, the gps feature was fantastic. But hasn't worked in a quite a while.

Thanks for taking the time to post your concern here in the Community, @nhdesign. We recognize the importance of showing location and viewing the GPS information of your employees in QuickBooks Time. Please b, rest assured that our engineering team is already working to figure out a solution.

 

There is an ongoing investigation into the same issue stated above about the missing location and the greyed-out option of any GPS information with QuickBooks Time. With this, we recommend contacting our Support Team so they can add you to the list of affected users to get updates and fixes once available.

Additionally, please ensure that your QuickBooks Workforce app is updated to the most recent version. Also, please make sure the QuickBooks Workforce app is using the newer time tracking experience to verify this is enabled, please select the More section of your app, then Settings, then General, and under the Track Time section, select the New Time Tracking experience (if the option is available).
