There is an ongoing investigation into the same issue stated above about the missing location and the greyed-out option of any GPS information with QuickBooks Time. With this, we recommend contacting our Support Team so they can add you to the list of affected users to get updates and fixes once available.

Additionally, please ensure that your QuickBooks Workforce app is updated to the most recent version. Also, please make sure the QuickBooks Workforce app is using the newer time tracking experience to verify this is enabled, please select the More section of your app, then Settings, then General, and under the Track Time section, select the New Time Tracking experience (if the option is available).
