Currently, QuickBooks Time doesn't have an option to prevent employees from clocking in early.
To ensure that accurate time records are available for your approval, you may want to adjust the access levels for some of your team members in your QuickBooks Time account. For more information, please refer to this article: Change QuickBooks Workforce settings and permissions.
