You can archive your duplicate employees to remove them from the list, as deleting them is not currently available in QuickBooks Time, Barb.
Here's how:
- Log in to your QuickBooks Online.
- Go to the Time menu.
- Click Go to classic QuickBooks Time.

- Go to My Team.
- Next to the team member's name, select the three dots menu
- Select Archive, then Confirm.
