I can't clock in or out

Helping you clock in and out is my priority, @ Gigiginny.

 

However, for me to be able to assist and provide you with an appropriate solution, I'd like to ask for more details of your concern. Did you happen to receive any error messages? With this, we can better isolate this based on your specific scenario. I also would like to ask what product are you currently using. Is it QuickBooks Time? If so, are you trying to clock in and out from the web? or from the mobile app? Let me know in the comments below. Any additional information will be much appreciated.
