Upon checking, we have an ongoing investigation (INV-82020) about billable time not populating on invoices. Our engineering team is actively working on a permanent solution.
I recommend reaching out to our support team to ensure your account is included in the list of affected users. This will allow you to receive timely updates on the investigation and be notified once the issue is resolved.
Here's how to connect with them:
- Click the Help button at the top of the page.
- Choose the Search tab. Type in your concern and click enter on your keyboard.
- Click Contact us.
- Under Callback, click the Have us call you button. This will route you to enter your details.
- After that, select Get a call.
Additionally, you can run sales reports to get an overview of the things you buy and sell, and the status of your inventory.
