This is super unprofessional and I am wondering if anyone else is encountering this? My billing went up 10x and they do not seem to want to solve this issue. I am now looking to move my business away from Intuit.

I've heard this now 4 times and each time I stay on the phone for an hour or more. No one has reached out from the department or who has had the authority to fix it. Only through email by trying a variety of numbers have I been able to contact someone. No one has phoned me, but many have promised.
Please don't say you look forward to connecting if you don't intend to call.
