QB Time Team Groups

Within QB Time, and in each employees profile, you can add them to groups. I have some employees who belong to several different groups. The drop down for the group selection seems to only allow one. Is there a setting where I can allow employees to be added to more than one group?

QB Time Team Groups

I understand the importance of assigning employees to multiple groups in QuickBooks Time, WKidd. I can share insights about this.

 

The option to assign employees to multiple groups is unavailable in QB Time. The system will only allow one group per employee. I can see how the functionality would be beneficial to your business. I'd recommend sending a feature request directly to our Product Development team. This helps us improve your experience and the features of the program. 

Here's how to submit feedback: 

 

  1. Access your QuickBooks Time Account.
  2. Navigate to the Help section.
  3. Click Suggest Idea.
  4. Enter your idea, then select Send Idea.
