Quickbooks Time won't load our billing & subscriptions screen

I have not been able to retrieve our last billing invoice in QuickBooks Time. After choosing Billing & Subscriptions on the profile menu, the screen tries to load and then freezes. We use this option every month to get the complete invoice with the breakdown once we receive the email notice of automatic payment.

Hello there, @RuthP. We'll help you get through this so you can proceed and access the Billing & Subscription page inside QuickBooks Time (QBT).

 

Loading and screen freezing can be a sign of a browser loaded with temporary internet files. Although these internet files can improve your browsing experience, too many can cause your operation to slow down or get stuck. In this case, we can perform basic troubleshooting and access your company file in an incognito browser. You can use the following shortcut keys to access a private browser:

 

  • Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
  • Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+P
  • Safari: Command+Shift+N

 

Once you're in, try to go to your Billing & Subscription page. If it works and lets you get through, continue to clear your browser's cache. Refer to this article for the steps:  Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online.

I tried the Chrome option which put me in safe mode, but the screen still does not open. It just freezes with a blue dot.

I see all your efforts to access the billing and subscription page inside your QuickBooks Time, @RuthP.

 

Since you've already exhausted all the possible solutions, I recommend contacting our customer care support team. They have all the necessary tools to thoroughly investigate the matter and provide you with guidance on how to resolve it. By doing this, you'll be able to resume your work quickly. 

 

To reach our support:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. Hover to the Search tab, then click Contact Us.
  3. Type in a short description of your issue and concern in the box provided.
  4. Click Continue.
  5. Select the Chat or Callback option.

 

Feel free to contact us from Mondays to Fridays, 6 AM to 6 PM PT. 

 

Meanwhile, you can set up a break feature in QuickBooks Time. This lets you track your team members' paid and unpaid daily breaks.
