Customers in Quickbooks time

In Quickbooks online and Quickbooks time, I have edited my customers so that they are no longer assigned to all team members. I have chosen a few team members that can still see the customers. However, when I asked my employees to look under customers on the time tracker they are still visible. Am I doing something wrong? We have customers or "clients" that not all employees need to see.

  • Mozilla Firefox: CTRL + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Safari (for Mac users): Command + Shift + N

 

Once done, let's return to your regular browser and clear its cache to refresh your browser's preferences. If the issue persists, consider using a different supported browser.

 

On the other hand, if your employee is using the app and your jobs or customers haven't synced with it, you need to reset the app.

 

Before resetting the app, ensure that any timesheet data stored on your mobile device has been synced with the web dashboard. If you don't do this, you can lose your timesheet data.

 

To reset the app, follow these steps:

 

  1. Open the app and select More.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Select Reset App.
  4. Confirm by selecting Reset App.
