When I open Time Entries in Time, the default setting for the date range is "Last Week". Is there a way to have that open in "This Week"?

When I open Time Entries in Time, the default setting for the date range is "Last Week". Is there a way to have that open in "This Week"?

Thank you for reaching out about the QuickBooks Time (QB Time) entries default settings, Steve. It's great to see users like you who are keen on optimizing their workflow! Let's dive in and see how we can make your QuickBooks experience smoother.

Currently, the QB Time entries section doesn't have the option to change the default date filter from Last Week to This Week. You'll have to set it manually by ticking the dropdown arrow of the filter option each time you log in to your account. Yet, the program frequently updates its features and functionality, so I suggest that you send a product suggestion to our software engineers to default the This week option.

You can easily do so by following these steps:

  1. On your QB Time account, click the Help icon.
  2. Choose Suggest Idea and enter your product suggestions.
  3. Click Send to submit.   image (177).png

Your input is essential to us and goes directly to our Product Development team, which helps improve your QBO experience.
