The time entries are not showing, possibly because they were manually deleted, adf251.
To check for deletions, go to the Audit Log.
- Click the Gear icon.
- Select Audit log under Tools column.

Alternatively, you can re-enter the data. If you didn't see any deletions, contact our Live Support Team for assistance in determining why the time entries disappeared and to help you check your account. Here's how:
- Click the (?) Help icon, then select the Search tab.
- Enter the question or topic with which you require assistance
- Click the Contact Us tab at the bottom.
- Follow the prompts, then choose a way to connect with us: Have us call you or Chat with us.
