- Click the Help (?) icon.
- From the options, hover your cursor over the Search tab.
- Tap the Contact Us button at the bottom.
- In the What can we help you with? Section, select Ask about something else, and type in your concern.
- Click Continue and choose a way to connect: Chat or Schedule an appointment.
