Let’s address the difference between the data in your Reports and Time.
To begin with, please export all your approved time in QuickBooks Time to QuickBooks Online so that your data in the time and report tab will match each other.
Once done, ensure that the filter and date of your report are correct when viewing them.
Moving forward, for the time-activities data pulled from the API, I suggest posting your concern to our Developer Community. This is where our developers interact with others to talk about programming concerns.
