Time tracker is just spinning on not loading

We are having serval people with issues loading time tracker. When they click to where they enter time, it just spins and doesn't allow them to enter anything.

Time tracker is just spinning on not loading

We understand the inconvenience that the time tracking issue has caused you and your team, WSWE. I'll address this matter promptly to ensure that the feature functions properly for everyone.

 

We have a reported issue (INV-94683) where time-tracking users are unable to enter timesheets in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Our engineers are currently investigating the root cause of the problem and will roll out a fix as soon as possible.

 

Since you're affected by the issue, let's contact our Customer Care team. They can add your account to the list of affected users. This ensures you're in the loop about the investigation's status and its fix. To do this, here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QBO company.
  2. Go to the Help (?) menu.
  3. Select the Search tab.
  4. Click the Contact Us button.
  5. Enter a brief description of your concern in the What can we help you with? field.
  6. Select Continue.
  7. Choose a way to connect with us (Chat or Callback).

 

Once the issue is resolved, you can visit the Time tab to manage your workers' time entries.
