If you're looking to integrate an existing QuickBooks Time account with QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), after checking your system requirements and setting up the integration, you'll then be able to connect it.
Here's how:
- Open the company file in QBDT.
- Sign in as your Main Admin in Single-user mode.
- Click Employees, then Enter Time.
- Choose Activate QuickBooks Time.
- Select Sign in on the next window.
- Enter your QuickBooks Time username and password, then sign in. This will initiate the first sync. It may take several minutes to finish this initial syncing.
- Once your connection's complete, the QuickBooks Time account will display in a browser window in QBDT.
- On the Set up and use the integration screen, customize your settings as necessary.
Another option for integrating QuickBooks Time with QBDT is to connect with the Web Connector.
