Buy nowOur organization just started using QuickBooks Time. Because it's linked to our QuickBooks Online system, it displays all 2,618 customers. Each employee should only be able to see a few customers. If I go into the Manage Customers window, it seems like the only way I can change a customer to be assigned to all is if I click each one, uncheck the inbox, and click save. I don't want to do that manually for all 2,618 customers. Is there a way I can mass uncheck those boxes?

Currently, we're unable to batch unassign a customer to all team members in the Manage Customers window in QuickBooks Time. You'll need to select a customer and uncheck the box individually.

It has been a year since this original post and I am encountering the same issue. Has this been updated and resolved so that we do not have to unassign each individual customer?
I understand that manually unchecking each customer to unassign them can be quite time-consuming, BrownCountyHumane. However, the option to uncheck multiple customers at once is currently unavailable at the moment.
In the meantime, you can provide feedback to our Product Development Team. We appreciate your feedback and understanding of this matter. Rest assured that QuickBooks is attentive to your suggestions and may incorporate them into product improvements for an enhanced customer experience.
