Unassigning all customers from all team members?

Our organization just started using QuickBooks Time. Because it's linked to our QuickBooks Online system, it displays all 2,618 customers. Each employee should only be able to see a few customers. If I go into the Manage Customers window, it seems like the only way I can change a customer to be assigned to all is if I click each one, uncheck the inbox, and click save. I don't want to do that manually for all 2,618 customers. Is there a way I can mass uncheck those boxes?

Currently, we're unable to batch unassign a customer to all team members in the Manage Customers window in QuickBooks Time. You'll need to select a customer and uncheck the box individually. 

 

We appreciate your feedback and understand the importance of this feature to streamline the process. While this option is unavailable, I recommend sending your valuable insight to our software engineers so they can review your suggestion and consider incorporating it in our future product upgrades. To do that:

 

  1. Go to the question mark () icon.
  2. Select Suggest idea.
  3. Enter your feature request and click Send idea.
