Went from QuickBooks time ONLY and upgraded to QuickBooks Payroll and now Time is unavailable due to a glitch. See screenshot

 Hi all, we tried out quickbooks time for the past 6 months without quickbooks payroll. At the start of the year we upgraded to quickbooks payroll and now I'm stuck in this loop when I try to go into quickbooks time.

 

If I hit activate now it just takes me to my settings and nothing else is prompted and quickbooks payroll is already activated.

Based on the screenshot provided, it looks like your subscription had expired. To check the status of the account, it'd be best to get in touch with our QuickBooks Time Support Team. One of our specialists will review your billing and subscription and check what's causing the error. They'll also assist you through the process of applying the permanent resolution.

  1. In your company, go to the Find answers and get help icon.
  2. Click the Contact Us button to see more options
  3. Enter a brief description of the issue or concern in the What can we help you with? box and click Continue to proceed.
  4. In the How would you like to connect with us? screen, tap the Chat with us button to start a conversation, or Have us call you to schedule a callback.
