Thank you for reaching out to us here in the Community about integrating QuickBooks Online (QBO) for ACA 1095 and 1094 reporting. I can provide information about these forms.
You'll need different software to file these forms electronically to the IRS. Form 1095-C needs to be sent both to the employee and the IRS. On the other hand, form 1094-C has to be filed with the IRS only.
There are apps that integrate QBO seamlessly. You can then go to the steps below to look for one.
From the left menu of your QBO home page, select Apps. Then, choose Find Apps tab and search for certain apps.
