Hi there, @Q18.
Thank you for continuing to choose QuickBooks to help you manage your business. Let me share a way to locate your invoices and possible reasons why they may be missing.
To start, we can check your All Sales tab in QuickBooks Online (QBO), where all sales transactions are displayed, to see if your older entries are listed. Here's how:
Aside from this, we can run the Transaction List by Customer Report and filter it to show only invoice transactions. This way, we can easily narrow down the results and verify if you have successfully migrated all your invoice entries or only those from the last twelve months. I'll show you how:
Another reason for missing data during migration to QBO is the application’s file size limit. Each transaction in your file has targets for every related entry, and the total number of targets must be fewer than 1,500,000 for the data to transfer to QuickBooks Online.
Additionally, if you condense your data to fit within the file size limit and choose to condense data by removing selected transactions, this can cause certain entries not to be migrated.
If you have verified that those invoices are still missing after checking all areas where they could be placed, I suggest manually entering them in QBO or importing them from your backup file prior to migration.
Moreover, let's improve your navigational skills now that you're using QuickBooks Online. To begin, you can review this article for complete guidelines: Get started with QuickBooks Online.
Furthermore, you can use this resource to record payments from your clients once they have settled their balances in QBO: Record invoice payments in QuickBooks Online.
