Accountant Changes Import via Web

Can someone tell me why I can't see my accountant's changes once I import from the Web?  I thought there was supposed to be a report or list that I could approve?

Accountant Changes Import via Web

Hello there, Jupiter601.

I'll share some information about viewing your accountant's changes.

You can review and approve accountant changes during the import process. We'll have to import accountant changes from Web if your accountant used the Accountant's Copy File Transfer Service tool. Then, select the Import Accountant’s Changes from Web option.

Once done, the accountant's changes are automatically added by QuickBooks. Before clicking OK, we'll have to examine and ensure that none of your recent work conflicts with their revisions.

Here's how:

  1. Review the changes: When you’re ready to import their changes, select Incorporate Accountant's Changes. If you don’t want to import their changes, select Close.
  2. Select OK to confirm the changes and close any open windows.
  3. Then select OK and Close again. QuickBooks will create another back up of your company file.

You can also check these articles for more details about reviewing lists changes:

I'm here if you need anything else, especially about importing data and reviewing information from your accountant. Take care and have a good one.
