Add field that adds other fields together for Reports

Adding Net Income to Officer Salary and create a new line with the added numbers together for each month in Profit and Loss reports is not possible in Quickbooks Online (QBO). If you need to remove or add data to the report, you can use the Customize Report option for additional filters.

While the preference you are looking for is not yet available, we normally introduce exporting the reports to Excel. That way, if a customer needs to edit or modify a report, it's easier to move the rows or add and remove additional data. If you add more fields you can send feedback or product suggestions to our developers. In addition to your feedback submission, I'll do my part and pass your feedback along as well.

Here's how to add your feedback on the program: 

1. Select the Gear icon at the top, then click Feedback.
2. Enter your comments or product suggestions and select Next.

Consider having an additional app to analyze your data from QBO and Gusto. You don't need to use Excel, or export the data from both apps and analyze it manually.
