If you encounter a duplicate invoice in QuickBooks Online after the migration, you have the option of deleting it. Take note also that when you delete a transaction in QuickBooks, the transaction is completely erased from your books, and it won’t appear on any reports or in any accounts.

Thank you for checking in! I think I have resolved all my migration issues, including the first reconciliation. Thank goodness I’m a small business. I had to uncheck every cleared transaction (which I had previously done manually, since I wasn’t connected to my bank) for the past 8 years in order to reconcile! LOL! But it is done and I’m up and running and ready to go. It’s nice to know I can get support if needed. I’m a quilter, not a bookkeeper/accountant!
